When you submit a quote request or contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We may use the information to evaluate your inquiry, communicate with you, and offer products and services as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not create a binding insurance policy or service agreement.
3. Portal accounts
Access to portal.nacellepartners.com is restricted to authorized brokers, clients, and Nacelle Partners staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, for any dispute not subject to arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's rights under applicable law.
